A graduate of the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Jamie holds a bachelor of fine arts degree in product design. Authentic designs and integrity of materials is a common thread evident in all of Jamie's creations. Jamie's professional design career spans over 20 years and includes designing award winning toys at Tonka and Manhattan Toy, and a stint as a costume designer at the The Children's Theater Company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She managed her own wholesale business designing and selling her original equestrian designs under the name 16.2 to saddle shops across the U.S. She has three patents for protective gear designs developed for Rollerblade.
